Your Time Dining
Dine in the main dining room anytime between 5:45 and 9:30 PM. Guests are usually seated within 20 minutes on a first-come, first-serve basis, depending on party size. Parties of 10 or more may need to be accommodated at different tables.

  • Dress: We suggest smart casual dress attire. On formal evenings, formal dress is required. Shorts and swimwear are not permitted.
  • Costs: Food included in the cost of your cruise; premium steak and lobster entrees available for $20 fee each (subject to change). Specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, bottled water, beer, wine, and soft drinks are at current menu pricing. $15 corkage fee per bottle of wine or champagne not ordered through "The Fun Shops" or from menu on board.

Enjoy a world-class dining experience at these vibrant restaurants. Choose from crisp salads, savory soups, delicious steaks, fresh seafood, and more. There are even low-carb selections and Spa Carnival creations that are as delectable as they are healthy! A superb bottle of wine, excellent service, and delightful presentation will make your meal complete.
  • Seating Times: Breakfast: 7:45-9 AM; Lunch: Noon to 1:30 PM; Dinner: Early: 5:45-6:15 PM or Late: 8-8:30 PM.

Scarlett's Steakhouse
Celebrate with a special dinner at this intimate, reservations-only steakhouse located high atop the ship. Featuring mouthwatering prime beef cooked to order, Scarlett's also offers a fine selection of gourmet appetizers, fantastic seafood, an extensive wine list, and decadent desserts.
  • Seating Times: Open for dinner 6-9:30 PM. Please allow 2 1/2 hours for your dining experience.

Chef's Table
This exclusive dining event for 12 lucky guests features a multi-course dinner hosted by one of Carnival's master chefs. The evening includes a private cocktail reception, a tour of the galley led by the chef, and a sumptuous dinner in a non-traditional dining venue, such as the gallery or the library. (Dining location depends on the vessel).
